This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Landers Brannon, LLC and/or SnapSites (“we”, “us”, “our” or similar pronouns) collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a "User") of landersbrannon.com or snap sites.co ("Site"). This privacy policy applies only to the Site and all products and services offered by SnapSites or Landers Brannon, LLC in the United States of America only, and does not apply to the transfer of websites created, managed, owned and/or operated through the SnapSites framework, the Site, or other services provided by us.

Personal identification information

We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, register on the site, subscribe to the newsletter, fill out a form, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, name, email address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information and other information about them or their business or organization. Users may, however, visit our Site anonymously. We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important and for that reason we are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act). We never collect or maintain information at our Site from those we actually know are under 13, and no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under 13.
